Danielle DeGerolamoApr 5, 20221 min readGarnet Booster Club Foundation to Honor Phillipsburg Bowling TeamThe Phillipsburg Garnet Booster Club Foundation invites all Spring Sports Coaches and parents, as well as the public to their spring meeting where they will honor the Varsity Bowling Teams on Thursday at 7:00 PM at Flynn's on the Hill. Stateliners Girls Bowling Team and the Boys Bowling Team earned the praise of the Phillipsburg community and beyond during the Hunterdon/Warren/Sussex bowling championships. The local bowling alley was buzzing with excitement that the student athletes achieved so much in a short time. They are coached by Jason Kish who started bowling as a club program, that quickly became a Varsity sport. The meeting is open to the public. A buffet dinner is provided for $15.00 per person. The club is seeking new members who are interested in supporting the various athletic programs offered at Phillipsburg High School, to support the student athletes and to increase fan spirit of Phillipsburg High School.
